The Strong Mountain Kung Fu School LLC, located in Richmond Virginia, has been serving the Richmond area since 1987. It is also the founding school of Ch’iang Shan Pa Kua Chang Kung Fu Association (www.Pa-Kua.com) under Master Bok Nam Park. Master Park passed the school to Shifu Moore in 2002.
The school specializes in the internal martial art of Ba Gua Zhang and the art’s internal Qi Gong system. In addition, several other martial and health modalities are taught.
Our adult only school focuses on the individual needs of each student. Each student is unique, with unique strengths and abilities. We are not in competition with anyone else and we start our journey from where we are today! Keeping this in mind training is designed for you. We all learn fundamental skills but even these are taught individually and at a pace that is right for you.
